Roger did such an amazing job cleaning my couches! These have been sitting in my storage unit for a year and since i just moved into a bigger place i needed the couches clean. They were covered in pollen, some dog hair and usual wear and tear stains. Roger took his time cleaning the couches and they look so good!! And they also had better pricing than other companies in the area.

Let’s start by the basics. This young man, Roger, showed up for both appointments and exactly on the promised time.
F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C, that’s the awesome work that Roger did in my rental unit. First, he went combed thru every inch of carpet and identified and showed me where all the dozens of pet urine stains were located; then he vacuums and pretreats the stains and entire carpeting with enzymes to remove the stains and odor; then the deep steam cleaning and finally, vacuuming excess water.
The filthy black waste water speaks for itself. In a few hours it was dry and all carpeting had their colors back again.
The same dedication and treatment were applied to our fabric sofa deep cleaning. The original gray color is back, stains and horrible pet odors are all gone. Excellent work. Highly professional. Shows up and shows up ON TIME.

We had our upstairs carpet cleaned as well as our couch deep cleaned and he did a fantastic job. The carpets smell and look so good and clean and our couch looks brand new. It was easy to schedule and he showed up on time and communicated back and forth to confirm the appointment and share ETA. I would recommend!

Awesome Job ….Very Economical prices for a very elite service. Carpets at my rental were really really dirty with stains and 20 years old . Rogerio did a very thorough cleaning job and carpets are as good as new. He has proper machinery for the cleaning and absolutely very professional. Very happy with my results .

Roger did an amazing job cleaning our couch! It had some pet stains and has feather cushions which made it a tougher clean. But the end result was fantastic, like having a brand new couch! He was also super prompt and left the space really tidy. I would highly recommend West Floor Csrpet Cleaning!

Prompt, courteous, hard working, and his prices were reasonable. Where some want half of your IRA to clean a couple of rooms, West Floor Carpet surprised me with very reasonable prices. They even came to my house before hand to have a look and give an actual price at my request a few days before the cleaning appointment. The technician was on time, he moved things that could be moved, he vacuumed first, and he spent the time needed to actually clean the carpets. We will be using them in the future and highly recommend you do too.

Rogerio did an excellent job, thoroughly vacuuming our sofa (and behind it) before cleaning and drying the fabric. He also cleaned 2 bedroom bolster pillows that did not come clean when the covers were sent to be dry cleaned. Everything looks better than expected. Rogerio is a very hardworking and professional young man. In addition, he is polite, interesting and friendly.

Highly recommend! Roger is very thorough and professional. He truly went above and beyond when it came to my carpet. Unfortunately my tenant did not take care of the house while they lived there. The carpet was left in very poor condition! Roger assessed the damage and was confident that he can get the job done and restore it back to new... he was right. The carpet looks brand new!

Roger from West Floor Carpet Cleaning is a true professional! He came this morning to steam clean my carpets, and I’m honestly blown away by the results. He brought them back to their original condition—something I didn’t think was possible. The attention to detail was incredible. You should see the backs of the stairs! I was going to call Stanley steamer but shopped local instead. Roger was PHENOMENAL. fair pricing that he refused to change on arrival when the job was bigger than expected (I paid him more anyway). He cleaned a large 10ft sectional and 3 large rugs for me, (two pictured here, one finished one half/half ) and they're cleaner than new! They were soiled so badly from construction debris that I almost just threw them out. I will definitely use him again if ever needed AND tell all my friends!
